- desired subdomain
- server IP or hostname
- port
- your email
- your agreement to our rules
This information is stored in Google Forms / Google Sheets.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- create and manage your subdomain
- contact you about your order
- notify you about issues or changes
- verify ownership if needed
We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
3. Data Retention
We keep your data for as long as you have an active subscription, and for 30 days after cancellation or expiration. After 30 days, your data is deleted from our system unless required for legal or security reasons.
4. Data Security
Your data is stored securely in Google’s systems (Google Forms / Google Sheets). Only New Haven Minecraft Subdomains staff can access it.
5. Your Rights
You may request:
- a copy of your data
- correction of inaccurate information
- deletion of your data (this will end your service)
