1. Service Description
New Haven Minecraft Subdomains provide custom Minecraft subdomains (example:
yourname.newhavenmc.fyi) that point to a customer’s existing Minecraft server.
We do not host Minecraft servers. We only configure DNS records on our domain.
2. Subdomain Ownership
All subdomains under newhavenmc.fyi remain the property of New Haven Minecraft Subdomains.
Customers receive permission to use a subdomain while their subscription is active.
We may revoke or suspend a subdomain at any time if:
- it is used for scams, impersonation or illegal activity
- it violates our rules
- the subscription expires or is cancelled
3. Prohibited Use
You may not request or use a subdomain for:
- impersonating another Minecraft server (e.g. hypixel, mineplex, cubecraft)
- phishing
- scams/misleading users
- hosting illegal content
- anything that violates Minecraft’s EULA or your hosting provider’s rules
We reserve the right to reject or remove any subdomain request.
4. Payment and Refunds
Payments are made in advance. We offer plans of:
- £1/month
- £5/year
Refunds are not guaranteed but may be granted at our discretion. If payment fails or a subscription ends, the subdomain may be removed after 30 days.
5. Service Availability
DNS propagation and uptime depend on external providers. We cannot guarantee:
- 100% uptime
- instant DNS updates
- compatibility with all hosting providers
We will always try to keep the service stable and reliable.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You must provide:
- a valid server IP or hostname
- the correct port
- accurate contact information
You are responsible for keeping your server online and properly configured.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate service if:
- rules are violated
- payment is not made
- the subdomain is used for harmful activity
You may cancel at any time.
